Han Joosten

Han Joosten is Director Market Research, responsible for strategic market research, including the real estate market in the Netherlands and Europeas and has worked for BPD for more than 20 years.
In 1997 BPD (at the time Bouwfonds) appointed him as deputy managing director in Frankfurt, where he built a new, successful establishment with 20 employees in four years. In 2002 he was appointed Business Development Manager at BPD International in the Netherlands and given the task of developing the strategy for European growth. In 2005 Han Joosten was appointed Director Market Research with responsibility for all the market research of BPD. Between 2013 and 2015 Han Joosten founded and established the new branch of BPD in Berlin. From 1 January 2016 he also took the position of Head of Market Research BPD Immobilienentwicklung Germany.
Han Joosten studied social geography and regional planning at the Free University in Amsterdam.
