Fraser Bowen

Fraser Bowen is a Regional Director within JLL’s market leading European Capital Markets Team, based in London.
With over 15 years of commercial real estate experience, Fraser started his career with JLL in London in 1999 in the Retail Investment Team. From 2005 until 2008, Fraser was a Principal with LXB Property Partners, a venture with backing from HBOS, West Coast Capital and Baugur.

Fraser returned to JLL in 2008 and was the lead Director for Capital Markets Abu Dhabi covering all sectors across the Middle East and North Africa. During this period, Fraser carried out numerous Capital Markets transactions in Saudi Arabia, Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Egypt.
In 2011, Fraser joined the European Capital Markets team working with cross border investors on strategic sale, buyside and JV mandates. Fraser works on opportunities across the risk spectrum, with clients including:
