Frank Noé is Head of Capital Formation and Sustainability at Primevest Capital Partners, where he is responsible for fundraising and investor coverage across Europe. His work focuses on real asset strategies in digital infrastructure, mobility, and living, in close dialogue with institutional investors, including pension funds, insurers, and infrastructure allocators.

He joined Primevest in 2021 from BrickVest, an affiliate of PATRIZIA AG, where he served as Chief Sales Officer. Over the course of his career, he has gained experience across capital markets and alternative investments, with roles at Castlelake, Shinsei Bank Group, Golding Capital Partners and Ernst & Young.

At Primevest, he is involved in the development and scaling of investment strategies in sectors undergoing structural change. This includes the firm’s activities in digital infrastructure – particularly fiber networks and connectivity assets – as well as adjacent themes linked to increasing data demand. In parallel, he is supporting the launch of a European mobility infrastructure strategy focused on urban mobility hubs, fleet-electrification, and logistics-related assets.
