Florian Bauer

Since 2018 Mr. Bauer is heading the Real Estate Business Management department at Swiss Life Asset Managers in Zurich. Begining July 2022 he further assumed the role als Head of Real Estate Project Development with responsibility for all real estate project development activities across Europe. In previous positions at Swiss Life Asset Managers Mr. Bauer was responsible inter alia responsible for the real estate investment activities of Swiss Life Germany covering investment- and portfolio strategy, asset management and development. Before joining Swiss Life Asset Managers Mr. Bauer was working in real estate financing and real estate asset management in the German market. Mr. Bauer holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Frankfurt School of Finance and Management and a degree as „Immobilienoekonom (ebs)” from European Business School. At Swiss Life Asset Managers, Mr. Bauer is a member of the Management Commitee Real Estate (MCRE) and of the Investment Committee Real Estate (ICRE).
