Femke Stroucken

Femke Stroucken works in the Real Estate & Construction Practice Group of CMS. She specialises in national and international commercial real estate transactions, real estate funds (buying and selling, restructuring) and real estate financing and complex apartment sub-divisions. Her clients include national and international investors and banks, project developers and government institutions.

Femke is a member of the Royal Notarial Society and studied Dutch Law and Notarial Law at the University of Amsterdam before completing her post-graduate in Real Estate Law at the Grotius Academy for Post-Graduate Law Studies.
