Felix Meythaler

Felix Meythaler joined the Frankfurt office as Alternatives Director Real Estate at the start of 2022. and is mainly focused on Schroders Capital’s institutional investors.

Prior to joining Schroders, Felix worked for Warburg-HIH Invest Real Estate, among others. At the Hamburg-based company, Felix most recently held the position of Capital Management Director and was responsible for fundraising for open and closed-end alternative investment funds, separate accounts, private placements and club deals. His clients included pension funds, insurance companies, family offices, foundations and high-net-worth individuals from Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Previously, he worked for Warburg-HIH Invest Real Estate in product development and management. His career also included a stint at LMP Equity Partners as an investment manager for private equity and real estate investments.

Meythaler holds an MBA in business administration from the International University of Applied Sciences Bad Honnef and studied Law at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich. He also gained international academic experience by attending various programmes, including Harvard Business School.
