My name is Esteve I’ve been working in real estate for over 15 years. At Node I am a global partner and oversee our product development, market positioning and customer experience, tech platform as well as our Iberian operations, which has 20 employees across Madrid and Barcelona. I am also the owner of our 9 assets in Barcelona where we have over 300 operating beds.
Before Node I lived in the US for 10 years in New York and San Francisco and was the 2nd employee at one of the first coliving companies called Starcity, where I also set up our Iberia operations. We raised over $100m in venture capital funding from investors including Y Combinator. Before that I spent some time at Airbnb and VTS, the proptech firm backed by Blackstone and Brookfield.
I joined the Node team and integrated our Spanish platform and portfolio into it because I want to transform the future of urban living.
