Erik Langens has more than 10 years of experience, working in the investment transaction industry and he joined CBRE in 2005 as a Senior Investment Adviser. His broad experience includes
structured portfolios, vendor due diligence, retail properties and financial advice. In his function, Erik advises institutional and international clients in their cross-border real estate investment transactions.
BACKGROUND
Prior to joining CBRE, Erik was a consultant at Deloitte Real Estate Corporate Finance. As a consultant for both Dutch and international investors, Erik has built on an impressive track record focusing on (extensive) portfolio sales. In short time he has prepared and successfully completed a number of transactions in all real estate categories (office, retail, logistics and residential properties).
