Emily Hamilton

As Chief Sustainability Officer, Emily is responsible for directing Savills IM’s global approach and sits on both the Global Executive and Investment Committees. She has spent the past 16 years working on ESG with a focus on advising and promoting sustainability within the residential and commercial real estate sectors, including masterplanning. Emily was appointed to the INREV ESG Committee in December 2022 and chairs the biodiversity working group. She is a ULI Sustainable Development Council member and a Fellow of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment. Prior to working at Savills IM, Emily spent 7 years at Grosvenor Property UK and led their sustainability integration efforts.
