Dr. Malte Maria Münchow joined Deka Immobilien GmbH, Frankfurt, in September 2007 with responsibility for the specialist (hotels, logistics and retail) real estate sales and acquisitions department. Following a bank apprenticeship, a business studies degree and PhD, he worked from 1994 to 2005 with OTTO (the largest mail order company in the world) in various functions. In 2005, Malte joined the supervisory board of the logistics developer Garbe Logistics GmbH. Malte is publisher of the “compendium for logistics real estate” and initiated the Logix Award.
