Dr. Jan Linsin

Since April 2008 Dr. Jan Linsin heads the Research team of CBRE in Germany, which currently comprises eight employees in Berlin, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt (Main), Hamburg and Munich.
Dr. Linsin provides content and strategic orientation to the department with regard to property research and property-related investment research. In his work, he not only focuses on research based on core data from respective market sectors, but also presents the information in its wider, macro economic and, especially, capital market context. Dr. Linsin has over 15 years experience in real estate research. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Linsin worked as a Market Analyst in the Research department at an German open-ended funds. He played a significant and pro-active role in the production of numerous publications and studies, covering commercial real estate topics on domestic and international markets and was able to develop his considerable and comprehensive experience with regard to individual commercial property sectors.
