Douglas joined Savills in September 2016. He specialises in both leasing and investments of logistics and industrial property. Douglas is a Director and co-head of the logistics and industrial team of Savills Netherlands.
Douglas offers over 11 years of industry experience in real estate advisory as well as in asset management. He was previously employed as a commercial manager at David Hart Group and started his career within the industrial team of DTZ Zadelhoff.
Douglas has experience on both sides of the table, which enables him to truly understand the needs and challenges of his clients.
He has lived in Rotterdam – home of Europe’s largest sea port – his whole life which made the choice for the logistics and industrial sector a natural one. In his spare time he can often be found on the golf course.
