Dominique Kouwenhoven – Schillings

Dominique Schillings – Kouwenhoven is a Co-Head Transactions & Head of Asset Management Netherlands, and is in charge of leading the Dutch real estate team during acquisitions, redevelopment and disposition projects at Aberdeen.
Dominique joined Aberdeen in 2019 from Bouwfonds / RABO bank where she was responsible as senior Portfolio Manager for managing the European residential & Parking portfolio. She has over 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, working at Vesteda, NS Real Estate, Bouwfonds, Primevest Capital Partners and Aberdeen.

Dominique graduated with a BSc in Commercial Economics from Business School Notenboom – University of Applied Sciences.
Executive Asset Management course at the Amsterdam School of Real Estate – University of Amsterdam.
Has a master in international real estate from University of Leuven, Belgium.
