Dimphy Van Wijk

Dimphy van Wijk is Real Estate Director Benelux at The Student Hotel, the fast-growing developer, investor and operator with locations in Amsterdam, Berlin, Paris, Florence, Barcelona and a rising number of major cities across Europe.  She was previously Development Manager at Unibail Rodamco Westfield, the world’s largest shopping centre REIT, from 2011 until 2017. Prior to that she worked as a Senior Development Manager at Bouygues UK and as a Senior Surveyor at Cushman & Wakefield in their development consultancy unit. Dimphy is a graduate from the London School of Economics, the University of Reading as well as the University of Bristol.
