Dennis Schoenmaker

Dr Dennis Schoenmaker is an Associate Director in the European AEW Research & Strategy team. He works with a wide range of key international clients and business colleagues focussing on the pan-European commercial real estate markets. In his role he is also responsible for the property market forecasts across the European markets. Prior to taking up this position with AEW, he was a Global Economist at CBRE. Dennis is a visiting lecturer at the real estate program of ESCP Business and a member of the board of advisors for the Institute of Real Estate Finance & Management at the ESCP. Dennis holds a Ph.D. in real estate economics from the University of Groningen where he is also an affiliate member of the real estate centre.
