David Ryland has been a partner at SJ Berwin since 1988. Throughout his career he has specialised in commercial property work with particular emphasis on property finance, investment, hotel transactions and development on a cross border basis. David has very extensive experience in dealing with real estate throughout Western and Central Europe including Germany, France, Holland, Austria, Poland, Spain, Portugal and also more widely including Japan, Brazil, Russia and India. David is also a member of the Public Affairs Committee for INREV.
