David Rendall, Managing Director of La Française Real Estate Managers, is responsible for adhoc real estate investment solutions specifically designed for institutional investors on Core/Core+, Value Added and Opportunist strategies.David is a Chartered Surveyor with 35 years of property experience in both the UK and continental European Markets. David joined La Française in 2014 as CEO of La Française Real Estate Partners International. Prior to that, David was the CEO of Cushman & Wakefield Investors, having co-founded its predecessor firm, Fountain Capital Partners in 2002. David was previously an International Director at Jones Lang LaSalle. David holds a degree in Land Management from De Montfort University and is a member of the RICS.
