Prior to joining CBRE Investment Management in 2014, David worked at CBRE where he led the EMEA forecasting program, supported the capital markets business and advised on client strategy. David moved into the property industry in 2011 when he took a role as UK Economist at Grosvenor, although he had prior experience applying econometric and other quantitative methods in the analysis of property markets. He also has several years’ experience in economic consultancy and was Senior Economist at Experian Business Strategies.

David Inskip is Senior Director, Head of UK Real Assets Research, responsible for shaping and overseeing the research capabilities of the UK business within the wider EMEA Real Assets Research team. He, and the team that he manages provide thought leadership on a variety of topics, advise on fund strategy and support investment teams in asset selection. He sits on the UK Investment Committee and the Separate Accounts Oversight Committee.
