David Bouch

David Bouch has had a career in international real estate spanning over 40 years, living and working in the UK, continental Europe and Japan.

He is Managing Director and principal of EuroCapital Property Investors an independent, boutique European real estate specialist with its offices in Brussels. The company is asset manager of a portfolio of co-investment properties structured in joint venture and works with a range of private and institutional funds and partners. Together with associates, it provides investment, asset management and associated advisory services in Western and Central Europe.

Prior to establishing EuroCapital Property Investors some 12 years ago David had a long career as a investment partner in Jones Lang Wootton (now Jones Lang LaSalle) living and working in London, Brussels, Frankfurt and Paris and heading a number of initiatives helping build the business across Europe.

In Tokyo he held a global remit for Japanese business development as President of JLW Japan and initiated the domestic Japanese business.

David is a Chartered Surveyor and was awarded the Order of the British Empire for services to British business.
