David Barry joined BNP Paribas Real Estate in April 2013 as a senior director within its UK international investment business. David’s focus is on working with international investors and bringing them to the UK market.
David, who was previously a managing director of New York based real estate advisory firm The Carlton Group, specialises in advising clients based across the US and Europe on mandates such as debt/equity raising, acquisitions, restructuring and loan sales.
David advises a strong network of clients including high net-worth individuals, family offices, investment banks, large investment/private equity houses, pension funds and endowment funds.
