David Lacaze is a partner in the Real Estate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Paris office. Mr. Lacaze advises French and international clients across a wide range of transactional matters, with particular experience in complex real estate investment funds, real estate finance, real estate restructuring, “shariah compliant” investments, and PPP/PFI.
