Cyril joined the Research team at Savills France in 2018 as head of the Research and Development department.
He graduated with a DESS in operational urban planning, a DEA in Comparative History of European Societies and a degree from the Institute of Political Studies. He started his career in 1996 as Head of Project in an urban planning consultancy firm for local authorities before being appointed Research manager.
