Christophe Murciani

Christophe Murciani began his career in structured finance and securitisation. He was overall active in that arena for 10 years at Société Générale, Ixis Capital Markets (now Natixis) and Citigroup. At Citigroup, his team arranged over €3.2bn or commercial property loans, distributed through securitisation and syndication. His real estate experience expanded at Tishman Speyer where he headed the European Debt group, in charge of managing a portfolio of €3bn of loans borrowed by the firm’s managed funds. Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Murciani headed Cityhold’s Paris office, sourcing core investment opportunities for the firm. Christophe holds a MBA from ESCP Europe.
