Christiane Conrads

Christiane is a real estate partner at Lupp + Partner. She has experience in all aspects of commercial real estate, with particular emphasis on developments and investment work.
Christiane advises national and international corporations, investors and banks on real estate law, including in particular acquisitions and disposals. She also advices real property owners and occupiers on various matters of asset and facility management.
In addition, Christiane is an expert in sustainability in the built environment. She focuses on innovations and developing suites of documentation and best practice in this dynamic area, including the creation of an award winning green building management concept and a German Green Lease.
Before joining Lupp + Partner Christiane was a counsel at DLA Piper UK LLP, where she worked for the last 8 years.
