Christian Müller is heading the Research & Strategy department in Germany. He has a pan-European focus and provides strategic advice to the international real estate investment activities of the German investor base. He works closely with the global research teams and the local investment teams and is the dedicated European Logistics sector specialist.
Savills Investment Management (Savills IM) is an international real estate investment manager with expertise in the equity and debt sectors, a global platform comprising 15 established locations and total assets under management of c. EUR 25,8 billion. Savills IM offers clients access to a full range of products, consisting of Pooled Funds, Separate Accounts, Global Investment Partnerships and Asset Management. These range from core to value add and we invest across a broad spectrum of assets such as office, retail, logistics and residential. Our debt offering includes products in the high yield, whole loan and senior space.
