Christian Kaiser

Christian Kaiser is Country Manager Germany for eFM – Engaging Places and CEO of ASC GERMANY. He oversees innovative projects focused on digital transformation and user experience for real estate and facility management. He is an expert in consulting, business process reengineering and the implementation of scalable tech solutions for corporate and institutional clients.

He is recognised for promoting active relationships between spaces and people, with the aim of turning buildings into experiential platforms.

He holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Communication Technology from the Saarland University of Applied Sciences.

He draws on extensive consultancy and leadership experience in the German market to support eFM’s global expansion. Previously, he was a Project Manager at ARCHIBUS and CEO of Triinvent GmbH, where he led research in digital engineering and telematics.
