Christian Fladeland joined Heimstaden in January 2019. Christian leads an investment organization totaling 49 professionals on group level and in local Czech, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, German, Polish, Swedish and UK offices. Focus has been expanding the Heimstaden business into 7 new markets increasing assets under management from €7.2 bn to €32 bn EUR.
He oversees investment strategy and execution for the Heimstaden platform including identification of potential value creation through extensive macro analyses as well as active focus on every single asset aspect from market trends to ESG and customer satisfaction. The aspiration is to create a best-in-class international investment and asset management platform to continue fuelling the growth of Europe’s largest private residential real estate company.
Prior to joining Heimstaden; partner specialised in capital markets within Sadolin & Albæk; a Danish commercial broker and real estate advisor (previously alliance partner of JLL) which was acquired by Colliers International in 2018.
