Chris Hornung

Chris Hornung joined GARBE Industrial Real Estate in January 2022 as Country Head and Managing Director of UK. Chris has 32 years experience in UK commercial real estate, specialising in development, investment and asset management and has transacted over £3.5Bn of assets. Prior to joining GARBE, Chris was founder and Managing Director of LSH Investment Management and was fundamental in growing the AUM to £1Bn in the 5 years before he joined GARBE. Prior to this, Chris was the youngest full Equity Partner at ES Group before the business was sold to Lambert Smith Hampton. Chris is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a member of the Investment Property Forum.
