Chris has worked as a retail investment specialist at CBRE for over 11 years. Initially advising on the UK shopping centre market, more recently Chris has spent seven years focusing on European retail investment, advising both domestic and cross border capital on shopping centres, retail parks and high street properties. Chris has worked across a broad range of geographies including Germany, France, Sweden, Austria, Portugal and CEE, and has advised on in excess of €1.7bn of retail transactions. Chris studied property valuation and law at City University and is a qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
