Chenhui Xia has been Managing Director Asia at GARBE and leads the company’s representative office in Singapore since September 2024. In this role, he is responsible for investor relations, capital raising and business development in the Asia-Pacific region. His focus is on building a direct connection between Asian capital and GARBE’s real estate investment opportunities in Germany and other European markets.

Chenhui Xia brings more than 15 years of experience in real estate investment and financial markets. Before joining GARBE, he worked as an Executive Director at Boyu Capital in Singapore, where he was responsible for capital raising and real estate portfolio management. He previously held several positions at German financial institutions, including Helaba Invest, where he most recently served as Head of Real Estate Transactions and was a member of the Real Estate Investment Committee. He also worked for Aareal Bank in Germany, Sweden and China.

He holds a Master’s degree in Management of Construction, Real Estate and Infrastructure from Bauhaus-Universität Weimar and an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management. He is also a CFA charterholder.
