Charles is a Founding Director of Arca PRM and is pioneering the use of IPD Futures as a property “market risk” management tool. Charles started his career as a Business Consultant with KPMG working with large blue chip companies before moving into property finance and investment. In 2008 Charles was employed as a consultant with the Eurex Exchange to introduce real estate as an asset class, launching IPD Property Futures in 2009. Charles is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the Society of Property Researchers (SPR) and the Investment Property Forum (IPF). He regularly writes articles for industry Journals and speaks at industry events.
