Cédric is Senior Director within Real Estate Financial Advisory, heading Real Estate Insights & Valuations for Deloitte Belgium.

Before joining Deloitte in November 2023, Cédric worked as Head of Research & Marketing for Belgium & Luxembourg at Cushman & Wakefield for 12 years. He also spent 8 years as Project Manager for the redevelopment of important urban areas in Brussels (European District, Tour & Taxis and Josaphat namely). Complementary, Cédric is lecturer of real estate market trends and real estate valuations at the Executive Master in Real Estate from UCLouvain.

Cédric has thus more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry.

Cédric’ experience includes valuations, data collection and management, highest and best uses analysis, stay or move analysis, diverse consultancy missions for investors, owners, retailers and office occupiers. Cédric’ experience also includes delivery of real estate market reports and insights for every asset classes (offices, retail, industrial, residential, senior living…)
