Candice Blackwood

Candice has specialised for many years in all aspects of the health and living sectors. She has acted regularly on investments from Asian, European and US investors, and for leading operators  on complex cross-border real estate acquisitions, disposals, and their portfolio management. She advises both private and public clients on their mixed use care and retirement communities, and supported living development projects. She leads the CMS Real Estate Health team, is on the BPF’s Health and Retirement Living committees, and is actively involved with the Association of Retirement Care Operators.,
