Bronny has led Equiem’s UK and Ireland team since its inception in 2017, having headed up Client Services and Onsite Staffing in Equiem’s Australian business for five years prior.
She has spearheaded the company’s stellar first two years in the UK and Ireland, overseeing the platform’s rollout across more than 11 million sq ft of prime commercial space and helping grow platform registrations across the region to over 30,000 users. Alongside leading Equiem’s growth strategy across the UK and Ireland, Bronny also manages the day to day operations of the ever-expanding UK team.
Bronny is passionate about leveraging technology to enhance the customer experience and has a track record of helping landlords to execute a customer strategy and gain a deeper understanding of their occupier drivers, resulting in greater tenant retention and attraction.
In addition to her work at Equiem, Bronny was, until recently, co-chair of the Women in Proptech (WiPT) association in the UK, the leading global organisation for women in proptech. WiPT is dedicated to promoting thought leadership, tackling diversity issues, and connecting brilliant individuals working in the sector globally.
Before joining Equiem, Bronny came from a background in the commercial property industry, most recently with JLL, where she was focused on helping landlords to improve the occupier experience by implementing a customer experience strategy, incorporating all touchpoints from front desk customer service to internal marketing, soft services delivery, and tenant engagement initiatives.
