Arthur de Haast is an International Director of JLL. He is Lead Director of the International Capital Group (ICG), which was formed in 2005 to facilitate cross-border capital flows between the major markets of the Americas, Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East. Drawing on the in-depth knowledge of over 1300 investment and corporate finance professionals based in 200 offices around the world, the ICG’s primary objective is to maximise returns from real estate holdings and create valuable new opportunities for globally oriented clients. The ICG team is made up of key senior Directors in each region: The Americas, Europe, Middle East, Asia and Australia. By working closely with the firms local capital markets teams, the ICG ensures JLL’s clients receive effective implementation and consistent service delivery worldwide.
Arthur is also Chairman of the Hotels and Hospitality Group, responsible for a team of some 340 professionals who provide both advisory and transactional services to this specialist asset class.
Arthur has 30 years of global real estate experience and has led a wide range of transactional and advisory assignments as well as having extensive experience in managing and growing relationships with global clients.
