Anthony Labadie

Anthony Labadie joined CB Richard Ellis in 2003 and for two years formed part of the Retail department, working in the consultancy and commercial divisions. In these departments Anthony has worked on various instructions related to advisory services on development, involving market surveys, due diligence and feasibility studies.

In 2005, he moved to Morocco to set up and head the new CBRE office of Casablanca. In this new role, Anthony has developed all business lines and specialised in advising international developpers and occupiers investing across North Africa (Morocco / Algeria / Tunisia). He specialised in large multi developpements including Retail / Hotel / Residential and Office components.

In 2008, Anthony joined the Madrid office to head the GCS structure where he focused on advising important corporations in their occupancy strategies. Anthony further developped his skills in the international real estate consultancy industry, working predominantly within the Spanish office market environment, advising only occupiers on disposal and acquisition work, workplace management, consolidation projects, feasibility analysis and identifying savings opportunities. Through a long history working for large corporations, he also has wide experience of client management and cross-border transactions, as well as strong relationships within the International broker community.

Before joining CBRE, Anthony worked as a marketing consultant for a building company in Chelsea (London). He actively participated in the coordination of the different contractors on site and organised the marketing of the residential buidlings.
