Anouk Donkervoort is Head of Sustainability & ESG based in Amsterdam and in this strategic role, she advises clients on sustainability issues and is a driver of knowledge development and innovation within Cushman & Wakefield.

Anouk joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2021 as Senior Strategy Consultant Sustainability and was responsible for the development of the EMEA climate risk proposition, the development of ESG strategies for clients and the reporting on the sustainability performance of clients’ real estate.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Anouk worked at Sweco as an Urban Water and Climate Adaptation Consultant. Anouk holds a BSc in Sustainability from Leiden University and graduated laude with an MSc in Urban Environmental Management from Wageningen University.
