As the CEO of the second-largest real estate advisor in the Netherlands, I am responsible for a national team of around 500 professionals and full P&L. My leadership is rooted in client-centric strategy, financial rigor, and the belief that empowering people delivers both innovation and business success.

I bring a unique blend of hospitality-driven service (Hotelschool Maastricht), deep financial expertise (MSc Nyenrode), and over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, sales, and operational leadership.
