Anne Eberhardt

Anne Eberhardt, holding a Master’s degree in Economic Geography from RWTH Aachen University, is a Project Manager for Commercial Sites at NRW.Global Business, the economic development agency for the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia. As part of the Rheinisches Revier team, she aims to transform the region in the city triangle of Aachen – Düsseldorf – Cologne into a climate-neutral and innovative economic hub. Based in Jülich, the heart of the Rheinisches Revier, she is responsible for profiling and marketing the region’s commercial and industrial sites and aligning international investment inquiries with suitable sites. Her role involves maintaining strong relationships with local economic development agencies as well as project developers to advance these goals.

Before joining NRW.Global Business, Anne worked as a consultant at CIMA Beratung + Management in Cologne, focusing on site concepts and location analyses for various public and private clients. She also gained valuable experience in land development and management of former industrial properties at NRW.URBAN, as well as contributing to economic development in a municipality within the Rheinisches Revier.

At Expo Real’s panel talk, Anne will explore how real estate investment and development can drive foreign direct investment, drawing on her expertise to position the Rheinisches Revier as a prominent global player.
