Anne Bailly MRICS

Anne is based in Hamburg with her own Asset Management company Bailly Real Estate GmbH. She is also the co-leader of the RICS regional group in northern Germany. With an MSc. degree in Environmental Decision Making and several years of employment in environmental management, Anne came into the real estate sector over ten years ago, moving from Due Diligence Assessments to technical property management, and finally into Asset Management, supplemented by a degree in real estate economy (ADI) in 2015. After five years of employment as Asset Manager at Savills Investment Management, she founded her own company in 2016 and now manages commercial property for different investors and asset managers throughout Germany.
