Anna Kreuter

Anna has almost 20 years experience in International Real Estate Finance collected with banks such as Aareal Bank AG, Westimmo (now Aareal Bank Group) and Loan Services such as Hatfield (now Situs) and CBRE Loan Services. She also spent some time on the investor side with DIC Asset AG (now Branicks).

Since joining CBRE LS Anna built up a team of 4 people who work in the Frankfurt office. Anna is closing and managing deals up to EUR 1.6bn with up to 20 lenders in commercial real estate in Germany, UK and Continental Europe. This includes commercial real estate portfolios, singe assets, CMBS and NPLs.

Anna holds a diploma in International Business Administration and certificates in Real Estate Finance from ebs European Business School in Oestrich Winkel. She speaks 6 languages and is part of the immoebs community. Anna enjoys her spare time with the kids and learns for Diploma in nutrition.
