Andrew Allen is Head of Investment Strategy within Newmark’s Investment Banking Advisory team. He advises clients on investment strategy, providing insight and data that shapes investor capital planning. While Andy covers all real estate sectors, his primary sector focus over the last 20 years has been Europe’s living sectors. His work spans original thought leadership through to successful product development and management, and he has produced multiple thought pieces covering everything from asset allocation to operational matters across the span of residential segments. He is a frequent lecturer and commentator on residential real estate and has advised trade bodies including INREV and RE:UK.

Prior to Newmark, Andy was Global Chief Investment Officer for Equity Investment at Savills Investment Management. Before that, he was Global Head of Investment Research at Aberdeen.
