Andrès van de Riet

Andrès van de Riet joined Logicor as Senior Vice President and Head of Asset Management in June 2014. He is primarily responsible for directing the day to day asset management activities of Logicor, including property operations, leasing, and capital expenditures as well as sustainability initiatives, valuations and research.  Before joining Logicor he spent 6 years with Prologis as Head of Property Management, Europe and Head of Operations, Northern Europe.  Prior to that he served for 4 years as National Director of property management with JLL in the Netherlands and 4 years as Asset Manager with Uni-Invest.  Mr. Van de Riet holds a master degree in business economics and marketing from Delft, Netherlands and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
