Starting with 2017 I am representing the Local Development Agency of Oradea as a general manager, administration of industrial platforms of Bihor County, Romania. My daily routine involves:

Promoting Oradea as an investment destination, networking with bilateral chambers of commerce, investors’ associations, foreign and domestic investors, local and national press.

Realization of the development strategy and of the integrated portfolio of the company’s projects, planning their implementation.

Coordination of the municipal program of technical vocational education, elaboration and implementation of the strategy for the development of the technical abilities of the human resource at municipal level, coordination

Coordination of technical documentation and their revisions for coordinated industrial parks (approx. 230 ha)

Organizing and coordinating meetings and workshops together with the local and regional university environment and companies residing in Eurobusiness parks, as well as large local companies in order to identify collaboration and financing opportunities for joint RDI projects, technology transfer, match making, etc.

Organizing events and working groups on topics of industrial evolution 4.0, IT&C, HR, trends in the world economy, news in national legislation having as target group local companies, resident or not in industrial parks

Promoting financing opportunities to resident or local companies, as well as RDI offers of collaborating universities

Constant participation in events with specific themes of economic development of cities, promotion of cities as investment destinations, networking with potential investors, innovation fairs.

Submiting projects financed by european founds, other grants and implementing them: for exemple : industrial infrastructure, Business Incubator, training center, Tehnological Transfer Center
