Alfonso Fernández-Puebla joined the Real Estate department of Gómez-Acebo & Pombo (GA&P) in 2006 and became a partner in 2012. Alfonso joined GA&P after having worked in Inversiones Inmobiliarias Lar, S.A. (Lar Grosvenor) and J & A Garrigues, Abogados y Asesores Tributarios.
From 2007 till 2010, Alfonso was a recurrent speaker in the Master PEI (“Executive Real Estate Program”) and MGI (“Master in Real Estate Management”) of the Centro Superior de Edificación (Universidad Europea de Madrid). Ha has also being a lecturer in IFAES in he seminar related to “Legal structure and elements to Sale and Lease Back operations” (2008) and in IRR España in the conferences related to Controversial matters regarding transfer and assignment” (February and October 2009).
Alfonso has extensive experience in the real estate industry and transactions related to real estate assets having advised some of the principal real estate companies in Spain.
