Alfonso Brunet joined Pradera in 2006 and became Head of Investment in 2009. Alfonso joined Pradera after having worked in CBRE Spain in the Office and Logistics departments. In 2003 he became head of National Industrial Agency in all disciplines, especially focused on corporate clients to source their needs of space and investment.
From 2007 till 2014, Alfonso was a recurrent speaker in the Inmofondos seminars and IPD’s annual results round tables. In 2014 he formed part of the Jury of the Spanish Shopping Centre’s Association awards.
Alfonso has extensive experience in the real estate industry and transactions related to real estate assets very much concentrated in Retail for the last years.
