Alexandre Grellier

Alexandre Grellier, CEO of Drooms, the leading virtual data room solution in Europe, has been managing the company from the Frankfurt HQ since 2003 and has played a key role in the development of Drooms’ German commercial activities. He previously worked as a lawyer at Lehman Brothers both in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, and in London, UK, with a particular focus in the fields of Legal & Compliance and Transaction Management.

After training at Fresenius AG, Grellier completed his law studies at the University of Augsburg and began his career at Commerzbank. Grellier has established himself in the real estate industry as an expert in the secure management of highly sensitive company information.

Grellier is a guest speaker primarily on the topics of digitization, due diligence, transaction management, data security and entrepreneurship and is regularly represented in the press.
