Aleksander Grabecki is an attorney-at-law and a senior lawyer in the Real Estate and Construction Department at CMS Poland.
For over ten years he has successfully advised on real estate projects at every stage of the investment process and in all market segments of the private and public sectors.
He has advised in a number of large local and cross-border real estate transactions, while also assisting with transaction structuring, financing and refinancing of properties.
Aleksander has extensive experience in advising on construction projects, including preparing and negotiating construction contracts, including those under the FIDIC, development agreements and design work contracts, also those based on BIM technology.
His major expertise also covers the field of leasing, in particular in office, retail, warehouse and hotel projects and representing clients from both the lessor and lessee perspective.
He also successfully represents clients in various administrative, administrative court and civil proceedings.

Prior to joining CMS, he worked at the Domański Zakrzewski Palinka law firm and at Getin Noble Bank group companies as an in-house lawyer.
