James Snaith

James has worked in Savills European Investment Team since the summer of 2014 and is responsible for helping clients assess opportunities to invest in the European student accommodation sector.
With over 10 years of experience in the UK & European commercial property sectors, James has worked in the fund management team at Valad Europe on a €1bn portfolio with assets in France, Germany, The Netherlands and Scandinavia.
James’ extensive experience covers transactions, developments, valuations as well as asset and property management and he is a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
