Laurent Diot

Laurent has more than 24 years of experience at the junction of real estate and finance, covering investment, merger and acquisitions, financing and real estate development.
Laurent was the former CFO of NEXITY (listed leading French real estate developer with Eur 2,6 billion in income in FY2014 and a market cap above € 2 billion) for more than 6 years, until 2014. A member of NEXITY’s Executive Committee, he held previously several positions with the group (Head of International Operations, Director of Development and M&A). Laurent was part of the management team in charge of the LBO carried out in 2000 which led to the creation of NEXITY out of the former real estate arm of the VIVENDI Group.
Laurent is a former Board or Supervisory Board member, amongst other French real estate operators, of EUROSIC, CREDIT FONCIER DE FRANCE and CILOGER. He holds a degree from the HEC business school in Paris.
